My name is Ivon Portellez and I specialize in pastel painting. Over the years I have worked on many commissioned pet portraits. I paint mostly domestic animals such as dogs, cats, and horses. I love animals and truly enjoy capturing their personality through my art. I fill my free time by exploring other creative avenues such as painting the amazing landscapes that surround me, or by exploring my style through portraits of people and still life moments. I'm constantly met with newfound inspiration from living in Rockbridge County, Virginia; a place that is simply beautiful and magical.
