To create a custom painting of your pet or process an order, I need to collect a few specific pieces of information. This includes:

• Pet Details & Reference Photos: The names, breeds, personalities, and photographs of the companions you want me to paint. I know how precious these photos are, and I treat them with the utmost care.

• Payment Information: When you pay your deposit or final balance, your transaction is processed securely through trusted, third-party payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal). I never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking details.

• Website Usage Data: Like most websites, my site collects some basic, anonymous information automatically through cookies. This includes things like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit, which simply helps me understand how people use my site so I can make it better.

I only use the details you share with me for very specific, essential purposes. I’ll use your information to:

The photographs you send me of your subjects are the heart of my work.

• Digital Security: I store your digital photos on a secure, password-protected device while I work on your painting.

• Social Media & Portfolios: I love sharing my process and showing finished pieces to other pet lovers. I may post photos of your completed painting, alongside a brief story or your sweet testimonial, in my online gallery or on my social media pages. If your painting is a surprise gift, I will always wait until after you have gifted it to post anything. If you prefer to keep your painting completely private, just let me know upfront and I will gladly respect your wishes.

My website uses small text files called "cookies" to make your browsing experience smoother. Cookies help the site remember if you’ve visited before, keep track of items in your cart, and show me which pages are most helpful to my visitors. You can choose to turn off cookies in your internet browser settings at any time, though it might affect how some parts of the website work.

I keep your contact information and emails on file so I can refer back to our conversations if you ever want to commission another painting in the future. However, if you would like me to delete your emails, reference photos, or shipping details from my system once your painting is safely on your wall, just send me a quick note. I’ll be happy to remove them immediately.
