Jules and Mack

Jules and Mack have a lovely, grounded energy together. This 9x12 holiday gift was a big moment for me; it’s the very first time I’ve balanced two pets in a single portrait. I really loved the challenge of showing how their different personalities fit. I focused on capturing that sweet bond they share when they're tucked up on the couch. By sticking to the warm colors of the original photo, I was able to bring out their unique fur textures on the soft Pastelmat paper. One’s mild and the other’s a bit wild, but together, they make a perfect pair.
